Pros
Easy job with plenty of downtime Actually flexible schedule
Cons
Where to begin? pay is astronomically low. I make $14.65/hr which is lower than McDonalds, my hourly employees make literally minimum wage. you are promised a "manager bonus", however, the average monthly bonus is ~$250. Last year the average bonus was ~$750 and 3 years ago it was ~$1200. This place likes to play with your money like crazy. it was once a pretty sweet gig, but every year, the expectations have risen and pay has dropped. I cannot make ends meet with this pay. Daily tasks are monotonous, dull and overall unnecessary. Expect a new rule, procedure, system or limitation every week. this place cannot make up its mind when it comes to operations. Different levels of management want different things, and want them done differently (most of the time conflicting with orders from another level of management). Prepare to be without help most of the time. If you have a maintenance or IT support request, you are required to fill out a ticket to get help. funny enough, the site for those tickets is blocked by the internet security. Goals are most often set based on last year. in times like these, less people buy "luxury" items like phones and speakers etc. If the economy is worse this year than last , numbers are just not going to be as high. simple.
