Pros

There are many pros to working with Cru. Great people and great teams doing great work in the lives of students at the campuses where they serve. You really get to know fellow coworkers well, and feel connected doing ministry together. You also get to witness firsthand what God is doing. Cru also provides good support and flexibility for needs - whether it be mental health considerations, having children, or needing help on the job. There is also great training provided for the role.

Cons

Support raising can be challenging, even with support and training. National seems to be a little disconnected from campus teams at times.

Pros

- Transferrable skills from vocational to corporate - Good opportunity to dip your feet into full time campus ministry

Cons

- Lower than average salary (must work for reasons other than money) - Use of budget is strictly limited by leadership.
