Flexible work environment and autonomy.

No clear cohesive strategy and zero culture. Issue is top down. Building a product, not a company

Everyone is fully-remote, so we are on a level playing field. The company has good customers, is stable, and is making good money. I get to do technical, challenging work. In general we have good company leadership. They really seem to care.

Teams working across widely dispersed timezones can be challenging. Due to COVID we haven't had face-to-face meetings for a while so that's been hard. But we're finally starting to have meetups again. I enjoy the technical challenges but some of them are unnecessary due to poor decisions.
