Pros
There are no pros. It is a lie. The job description is deceptive.
Cons
Do not fall for it. This company makes you think you're applying for specific position when in reality it's just standing in grocery stores and pharmacies asking people to do sign up for a company that is Crush It Enterprise. I originally applied for the position of Market Assistant because of the job description highlighting responsibilities I got a degree in. When I interviewed with the hiring manager he didn't mention any of the descriptions posted. Not to mention my first interview was at the same time with another candidate which they failed to inform me about before conducting the interview on zoom. When I interviewed with the hiring manager, he told me I would need to start off as a "community outreach ambassador" in order for me to be an "event specialist". Mind you, none of the descriptions of a "community outreach" ambassador were in the job description I applied for. What makes me most upset about this company is that they prey on newly graduated people who are looking for jobs that they got a degree in only to find out in the interview that this company is a waste of time. Don't work with this company unless you want to be standing in grocery stores and pharmacies at a kiosk asking people if they want to sign up with this company.
