Thank you for taking the time to post a review! From a start up to a scale up we have tried our best to meet the needs of all our people. Your advice has been noted and we have hired People and Operations to help drive People initiatives throughout the business. Banter's values have been, and are very much aligned to; accountability, transparency and radical candor. We believe that honest feedback is the best way to approach issues so our teams can pivot as needed for our success. As majority of our team are on freelance agreements there is currently no business wide training and development in place; but, we have implemented training and development in key areas this year already and plan to expand over the next few months.
