I'm going to stay professional in responding to this and will ignore the personal comments.
Like a lot of businesses around the world the impact of the Covid lockdown meant I had to take very regrettable actions. We recognised these impacted people's jobs, income and families and did as much as we could to support people practically and emotionally. I feel your characterisation of this is unfair on those who were involved in the challenging process.
It's obvious, and understandable, that you are upset. I am sorry to read your review, and for how events have unfolded this year, which are very different from the 2020 plan we had.
I wish you well in the future and hope you quickly find another organisation to benefit from your talents and contribution.
