Pros

Family owned company that makes all of their employees feel like part of the family. Owners are very hands-on and helpful in any way needed. They don't hesitate to ask for suggestions to boost moral, and follow through as much as possible. Everyone's a team player.

Cons

I haven't come across anything that I would consider a con.

Pros

The co-workers that are all in the same horrid place - make the best of it day to day and the majority of them are just good people. Other than that, there is not a single thing I can say that would be considered a PRO. The benefits slightly improved in the last few years, but still very expensive due to its very small size.

Cons

My experience working at this company was extremely disappointing. After 20+ years in the workforce, I can confidently say this was the worst job I ever had. This is not a place to have a career, it is a pit stop at best. It was the most challenging and frustrating workplace I have encountered. The day I resigned was truly a relief. The owners create a difficult and unwelcoming environment. Basic professionalism, such as greeting employees or acknowledging their contributions, is absent. The workplace itself, particularly the warehouse, is poorly maintained and does not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. During my tenure in a leadership role, I had firsthand insight into the company’s operations and culture. Unfortunately, employee well-being and development are not priorities. Despite claims of a large global workforce, the company employs only around 50 people, and rather than fostering a supportive culture, leadership relies on fear tactics. They had extremely high turnover which is a direct result of their unwillingness to invest in employees, training, equipment, or necessary systems. The company’s original founder built the business through hard work and dedication. However, the second-generation leadership appears more focused on benefiting from past success rather than continuing to build a thriving and sustainable organization. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. It is not a place that values its employees, their well-being, or their contributions.
