The company is now pushing employees to return to the office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) shortly after moving into a new office. It’s unclear why this is necessary, as the work can be done remotely with just a laptop in anywhere. Previously, staff had the flexibility to choose which 1–2 days to come into the office and enjoyed a much more flexible WFH arrangement. Employees are now facing increased commuting costs, with no support or subsidy for travel expenses. Only consider this company if you are prepared for regular commuting.
