We understand that new teammates and tenured teammates alike can have the need for time off, therefore, we allow up to 40 hours of vacation/sick time to go into arrears no matter how long you have been with us.
We are also happy to share that there is a comprehensive new Talent Strategy in the works which includes career paths and development plans to help promote upward mobility throughout the Company.
