Pros

Working at CubexO has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth, especially for freshers. The seniors are extremely knowledgeable and always supportive, creating an environment where asking questions and learning is encouraged. The HR team and all other teams are very supportive, approachable, and always ready to help. The overall work culture is friendly, collaborative, and filled with positive energy. I got the opportunity to work on real-time projects in Python and Django, which helped me enhance my technical skills and confidence. Overall, CubexO is an ideal place to start and grow your career.

Cons

There is nothing major to complain about. However, because the learning opportunities are so rich, sometimes you may feel like there’s a lot to absorb in a short time — but it’s all part of the growth journey. Also, the team is so dedicated and focused on delivering quality work that you naturally get inspired to give your best every day.

Pros

For freshers, this company can be a good learning opportunity if they are able to push themselves to their limits. There is exposure to challenging work, and one can learn many things in a short period of time. However, despite the learning experience, the management is not very supportive, and there is an expectation of very hard work, including overtime, without any additional compensation.

Cons

The company expects extremely hard and smart work from freshers. If a fresher shows even a little potential, they are expected to work beyond normal hours, including weekends. However, no extra compensation is provided for weekend or overtime work. This kind of work culture reflects poor management practices. The startup was founded 6–7 years ago, yet it has still not grown properly. One major reason seems to be the lack of budget to hire experienced professionals. Instead, the company relies heavily on freshers, expecting them to perform at a professional level while paying a very low salary (around ₹10,000). Overall, the expectations placed on freshers are unrealistic, and the compensation and work-life balance are not justified.
