Pros

- 9/10 people are incredible to work with and will make friends for life. (The only reason this review is 2 stars). - Decent Benefits and Scottish Widows Pension scheme.

Cons

- The workload expected is monumental. - The staffing is a real issue. - The lack of communication between Teams is incredibly terrible. - There is little to no communication between management and then management to employees. - Too much secrecy. - Questions are prohibited and frownd upon, likely due to the lack of communication. - HR literally runs the business. - During Covid, HR secretly changed their contracts to make sure they could all work from home. - Whatever Logic dictates, Cubic do the exact opposite. repeatedly. - The more popular you are, the more likely you are to get promoted. - No progressive training programs. - No courses provided. - Staff are expected to train new staff and maintain their normal workload. - Poor business/budgetting. - Terrible Process management. Lack of interest in improving processes.

Pros

Lots of jobs in India. They hire in India and cut staff in NAM and UK. Trend continues in 2026.

Cons

Benefits have been cut no merit increase. Senior management is leaving. President of CTS quit. So new president will be hired and everything will change again. One thing that's consistent at Cubic is everything changes every 6 months and they wonder why everything fulls behind. UK and NAM jobs are going to India Cubic only wants a small support group in these countries. Long ours for your are required to support India. India has a bad attitude towards people outside their country. All decisions are only to support short term goals. They have no 3 or 5 year plan they are willing to show the staff. India treated better then those in UK and NAM. Everyone is looking to find new jobs. Pattern of letting people go who have more then 10 years with the company. They like to hire cheap labor.
