      An absolutely brilliant and skilled team of people running the operations, with many years of experience all tied in to create the most amazing product. I am proud to serve the product and also of the new refurbished sites too. Most work as a fantastic team all with the same goals on their horizon.

      Poor communication, inconsistent expectations, and a management culture perceived as favouring certain individuals. Work-life balance was often impacted due to frequent contact and work requirements during time off

      - genuine interest in people - for the type of the business (gastro pubs) , really good pay - fantastic atmosphere, support and cooperation culture - amazing length of service bonus

      - not always get things right, though the genuine care from all involved is noticeable
