The best thing about working here is the ownership and impact that one can have on the product. You'll have plenty of opportunities to work on exciting stuff. There's minimal hand-holding and that's a plus. You will be able to bring on your own ideas about the kind of value you want to add to the product. Don't like XYZ tool or a way of doing something? Just propose your idea and bring people onboard. The team is still growing so there's a lot of scope for you to make a dent. The CEO is razor sharp. His passion for building an AI backed product that will change the game of business analytics is infectious. I love his customer-centric approach that's being inculcated within the team and is at the heart of everything that we do.
