Pros

Cully continues to demonstrate outstanding leadership and commitment to the company’s growth and success. The recent updates and re-branding efforts clearly represent a new era for the business; one that embraces innovation, collaboration, and forward-thinking values. New leadership has been introduced over the past year - with a clear vision to improve daily operations bringing a diverse range of out of the box thinking and backgrounds. Recent communication across the organisation has been excellent throughout these recent changes, The engineering team deserves special recognition for their continuous learning, technical excellence, and dedication to expanding their skills to meet new challenges. The drive for diversity and inclusion within the workplace has also been remarkable, expanding the company’s global resource pool and strengthening its ability to innovate across different perspectives and markets.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, so priorities can shift often. It keeps things exciting, but it requires flexibility and adaptability.

Pros

Highly skilled engineers working on impactful and technically challenging projects.

Cons

Senior leadership can lack consistency and direction, leading to unclear communication and shifting priorities. Decision-making is at times influenced more by personalities than by performance or outcomes. Strategic planning is limited, resulting in a reactive environment with minimal long-term vision. High turnover of staff affects team stability and overall morale. A lack of transparency and trust between management and staff can hinder collaboration. Job security may feel uncertain due to frequent organisational shifts and unclear leadership. Management occasionally demonstrates limited passion or industry-specific knowledge, which can affect motivation and alignment with operational goals.
