I would highly recommend avoiding this workplace. The management is condescending and creates a genuinely toxic, hostile environment where everyone ends up miserable. Rather than offering constructive feedback privately, staff will allow you to make mistakes publicly and then gossip amongst themselves instead of correcting you, essentially setting you up for public humiliation. Your personal progress is shared without discretion, and managers actively put you down rather than support your growth.
Bullying is extremely common here. Cliques will turn people against you, create narratives, and before you know it you’re walking into the office feeling every set of eyes on you, yet the moment you sit down, complete silence. It’s a deeply isolating and psychologically draining experience.
Senior staff treat junior employees as inferior, creating an atmosphere that is unwelcoming and at times outright cruel. I personally experienced this when I was told I didn’t fit into a photo at the Christmas party?? Which speaks volumes about the culture. On top of this, the workplace shows no real commitment to diversity it’s very performative, and it shows in the way people are treated.
There is no real room for advancement, and it’s clear that the people in charge simply don’t care about their employees. Don’t let the name fool you it’s not worth it.
