Pros
I actually liked making the custard and conversing with customers. Worked around my schedule.
Cons
It was like being in high school all over again with how much drama there was. The management team plays favorites and will single you out, right out the door. One manager went as far as weighing my amount of custard that I had in a dish because she thought I had too much... but it was exactly where it should be. I never saw that happen to any other employee. Also, don't do something of better quality than a manager or you will also make their "out the door" list and they will lie to the owner to get what they want.
