Limited training in corssing over between disciplines, once you are in an industry it does not benefit the company to move you out. So decide to take the project or move on.
Great high profile projects to work on for many different market sectors (commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, etc.)
Cons
Corporate protocols although teams and projects are run independently. Benefits are not amazing for a company this size (3% 401K match, 6 week parental leave, medical insurances are ok)
