      Pros

      You get to see cool people, smell like coffee, get paid hourly, flexible scheudle.

      Cons

      High turnover rate, the managers are mean and creepy, you only get paid minimum wage to start off, you're not allowed to talk to the customers? Everyone quits because it is such a physically demanding job, being paid so little, and treated so poorly.

      Pros

      Right off, I have the feeling this is a good workplace without toxicity from management. It’s part-time so you have room to grow in other areas in life, such as an academic career.

      Cons

      Pay and compensation isn’t competitive. Sometimes impatient customers can get unruly.

      -good coffee -super easy to get hired -cool decor and ambiance

      Cons

      -violates labor laws (makes u work for free when calculating all tips which can take up to 30minutes) -predatory, as they only hire college students who don't have the confidence to stick up for themselves -demeaning and bullying managers -horrible pay -managers steal employee tips -not allowed to talk or you will be violently berated -someone was literally quitting while i was being interviewed
