the benefits are good for a smaller company. tries to promote from within most of the time. flexible schedules. free cupcakes are always a bonus
Cons
top out pay is not very much. start pay is minimum wage. constant changes….almost don't know who they are as a company. keeping quiet about issues and smiling/nodding is the only way to cope sometimes. feedback is "welcome" yet held against you or dismissed entirely.
