# Bad work environment, no proper seating, parking, a/c, lift, refurbished laptops, absent HR process, outsourced finance process with no benefits to employee ... # Lack of professionalism during hiring, had lead to forced firing with no productivity, huge attrition, no process, no metrics, constant code check-ins to server without client knowledge and validation, code merges with out reviews or unit tests, For most of the problems one common solution is - restart, it is only known solution for server or killing the app for client. # No yearly appraisal process, I'm waiting for past one and half year with no hike. Some one cry's, if he is key, he will get hike. otherwise, no one will talk about hike/appraisal, forget about promotion. I heard people work with out hikes for 3 to 4 years. Designation is just for name sake. # No presence of technology - some time I felt is it college students developing project, Reality, after 4 years of existence, still organization don't have stable product on technology front. product to market on marketing front. God knows what did they do...how did they survive for so long... Still they have basic question and not confident about the technology adoption - Literally enjoyed 4 years of funds, now they feel it is cash crunch, no customers - layoff. # Laid off 75% of people in multiple batches. In this list, there were newly joined employees 15 days, 1, 2 months. In anticipation of good careers, they left their existing jobs, joined here to build their future with so much faith, they were left on road for no fault of them.
