# No yearly appraisal process, I'm waiting for past one and half year with no hike. Some one cry's, if he is key, he will get hike. otherwise, no one will talk about hike/appraisal, forget about promotion. I heard people work with out hikes for 3 to 4 years. Designation is just for name sake.

God knows what did they do...how did they survive for so long... Still they have basic question and not confident about the technology adoption - Literally enjoyed 4 years of funds, now they feel it is cash crunch, no customers - layoff.
