We recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly.
When it comes to changing rules, it's fair to say that 2020-2021 has brought unexpected changes to many companies and often required rapid shifts as new guidance is released. Some of it is growing pains, some of it is changes in mandates. Curative was founded during the pandemic, and we are constantly growing, changing, and adapting to be better.
