Unlimited PTO! Well that’s what they tell you. However, lots of blackout times and hard to get time off unless you are management. No bereavement allowed following sudden death of close family member. Management changes policies daily depending on business needs. Very chaotic environment. Lots of non clinical people training and in leadership roles. Management gets promoted way beyond their skill set so they are insecure and manage by intimidating. Workload is unreasonable. Daily threats. HR cannot be trusted. I am sure there are departments that are good. Mine isn’t. It is really disappointing. The promises abound but was true bait and switch.
