Great people, sound product with a strong GTM team

Limited tools due to smaller budget

Small but mighty team. Every person has a voice in what we're doing today and how we should do it in the future. It feels awesome to iterate on our client delivery and product work and watch our vision crystalize and become easier to operate on. We treat people as people - unlimited PTO that we are encouraged to actually use, flexible schedules, work-life balance that doesn't mean more than 40 hours a week of work. Great mix of rolling up sleeves to build things and retrospectively evaluating our work efforts to make changes. Leadership is very open both in terms of trusting employees and in sharing details of the company's future plans.

I love working here and don't have any cons. However, like any startup, don't expect a huge amount of role specificity: everyone wears a lot of hats and flexes with business needs. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow, but if you aren't a person who enjoys trying new things, this is likely not the right fit. Similarly, we're writing the rules and building the processes as we go: this allows for great amounts of autonomy, but if you're a person who needs very strict direction on what to do next, it won't be a great fit.
