We’re sorry to hear your concerns around training and communication of targets. All of our retail colleagues attend a central induction at The Academy in Fort Dunlop, where they learn about customer service, meet suppliers, and receive training on the latest technology. In our retail stores, we do work towards targets; however, our focus is always on the customer. By recommending the right products and services to meet their needs, we aim to deliver a great experience while also achieving our store performance goals.
