Pros

The people I directly work with (non Sr. leadership) are great.

Cons

As for the lies, When the merger was happening a year ago, all we heard about was how great things were going to be. When corporate requested feedback for improving morale, the #1 thing listed were related to the awful benefits. Not only did they not improve the benefits, they're now worse than ever. As for the hypocrisy and harassment, Our CPO is a known drug user who has openly bragged about his drug use, offered them to employees and frequently comes to work high and hungover. The craziest part is that it's an open secret among the executive team. He's also sexually harassed and propositioned numerous women in the office, including wives and girlfriends of current and former employees. Now he's involved in an inappropriate relationship with a co-worker but we're all supposed to act like we don't know. She's married and he's a creep, but it shouldn't effect company morale, right?

Curvature takes our commitment to provide a comfortable, transparent and collaborative work environment very seriously, so I am deeply concerned and disappointed to read this review. Curvature considers and evaluates all reported incidents of workplace misconduct, substance abuse and harassment (of any kind). All employees have access to a dedicated HR Business partner to discuss any of their workplace concerns.

Pros

Working at Curvature has been an incredibly positive experience. The sales environment moves fast and expectations are high, But you're set up for success with strong mentorship and leadership that actually wants to see you grow. There's a good level of autonomy—you’re trusted to manage your business—but there’s always someone willing to offer guidance when you need it. The company operates in a dynamic, constantly evolving industry, which means there’s always something new to learn. I've gained a ton of experience here, both in sales strategy and in understanding the broader IT lifecycle market. It’s a place where driven people can really thrive.

Cons

My experience has been good. Nothing cons to contribute.
