As for the lies,
When the merger was happening a year ago, all we heard about was how great things were going to be. When corporate requested feedback for improving morale, the #1 thing listed were related to the awful benefits. Not only did they not improve the benefits, they're now worse than ever.
As for the hypocrisy and harassment,
Our CPO is a known drug user who has openly bragged about his drug use, offered them to employees and frequently comes to work high and hungover. The craziest part is that it's an open secret among the executive team.
He's also sexually harassed and propositioned numerous women in the office, including wives and girlfriends of current and former employees.
Now he's involved in an inappropriate relationship with a co-worker but we're all supposed to act like we don't know. She's married and he's a creep, but it shouldn't effect company morale, right?
