Pros

Geen pluspunten helaas en ik probeer echt positief te kijken.

Cons

De start was al niet goed. Ik kreeg uiteindelijk op de dag van de training een appje met inlogcodes voor Teams. Met de melding: Succes. Ok bedankt........en nu? En vervolgens bellen voor m'n salarisstrookje wat niet klopt en nog steeds niet. Ik zou worden teruggebeld. Is tot op heden nog niet gebeurd. Zit al 5 dagen te wachten en te bellen, maar word niet geholpen. Fijn zorgzaam bedrijf......Not! Oftewel een tip voor anderen: kijk goed wat je doet en zoek een andere werkgever.

Pros

Salary is above average for Dutch speakers in comparison to other BPO's, if you get it on time. You become quite adapt at labour law as you navigate the unilateral changes which the Company institutes from time to time. The Subject Matter Expert is very helpful & the TL gives regular feedback. Work from Home with your own equipment.

Cons

You don't get paid on the day they stipulate while that day itself is in contradiction to the provisions of the BCEA. You might be paid in instalments and you won't receive a payslip. There is no team spirit only an artificial stammering about motivation. Endless rules and no open discourse, team meetings such as they are, are essentially tools for the management to impose their latest changes to policies known as compliance. Sales commission is referred to as a bonus contradicting what it states in the contract of employment and is subject to compliance which also includes when you take your breaks, which you pay for yourself.
