Pros
A lot of great benefits like health insurance, paid vacation, paid lunch break, reward hours and fun events like whitecaps games and basketball tournaments. They also do monthly community service events and each department picks an organization. The people I work with are one of the best parts of Custom Profile, everyone is nice and easy to talk to.
Cons
With all of the growth happening, some days seem a little crazy.
