Cons

Cons: - No salary hikes for employees. - Frequent salary payment delays. - Very poor work culture with low employee morale. - My Full & Final (F&F) settlement has been pending for over a year after leaving the organization. - Gratuity payment has also not been processed despite repeated follow-ups. - HR and Finance departments have been unresponsive and ineffective in resolving employee concerns. - Poor upper management and lack of accountability. - Senior leadership did not respond to multiple escalation attempts regarding pending dues. - In my experience, employees who leave the organization face significant delays in receiving pending payments and settlements. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism, poor employee treatment, and unresolved financial obligations.
