      Highly inspirational workshops and seminars, good work-life balance, much opportunity and resources for personal growth, room for promotions based on performance.

      Cons

      Not impressed with strategies used to sell knives. Office culture was always pleasant. Leadership was focused. Compensation significant if working with the right attitude.
