Pros
I've never worked at a place quite as driven by its mission as CyberSmart. It feels great to be part of a team that is committed to creating an excellent service. The leadership really encourage ownership and champion their staff in their individual development and as they work toward team goals. The team is very reflective, holding weekly sessions with open conversations about what is and is not working and remaining agile as the company grows and changes. All team members show a great deal of care for others and customers which just makes it a great, supportive environment to work in everyday! Highly flexible regarding working remotely with good communication structures in place.
Cons
As a team that is growing very quickly, it can be a challenge to continue adapting your role. Good for self-driven, curious workers but not a good fit for people looking for a rigid set of responsibilities.
