Pros
HR does a very good job of engaging employees and building morale. I had a wonderful leader and team to work with on a daily basis.
Cons
Employees are not empowered to make decisions. There is one path for a decision and often that decision changes. A moving target on decisions, coupled with the intimidation factor at play, means no one wins. Your stay at Cybera will be cut short if you disagree with the top leader/decision maker in public...and by "public" I'm referring to an internal meeting where you would expect open discussion to be encouraged.
