Office is not so hygienic HR sometimes changes policies which benefits company only Bias From HR

1. Exposure to latest technology 2. Good working environment 3. Friendly Colleagues 4. Good amt of work to learn and work on new technologies 5. Top management thinks for employees 6. A career startup can learn a lot for better hike later ;) 7. No politics from top to bottom 8. 5 Days a week

It may have some negative points for employees but it may rights from company's point of view. E.g. Flexible Timings - As its product based company, each team member should be present on same timings, hence can't give flexible timings. So like that may have some negative points but not any major.
