      very practical and unique projects available.

      Pros

      Good overall learning experience. Decent management, good work timings, good location.

      Cons

      Mid-level managers don't provide full support. Output is time oriented rather than results. Poor compensation compared to industry standards. Huge bias in payment for certain similar roles based on pedigree.
