      Important mission, good promotion opportunities compared to other agencies, financial incentives for certifications or expertise.

      Cons

      As a new agency, it's still figuring out its lane in the interagency; unclear priorities at times. And there's a relative lack of agency "infrastructure" - HR staff, etc. are not as experienced as other agencies.
