Ill-managed 'startup' - Anonymous employee Cybrilla Employee Review

Well, the company calls itself a 'startup' despite being in its 12th year of operation. Not surprising since there is absolutely no maturity in process, revenue growth or people practices ! The CEO is surrounded by a bunch of 'old timers' who are as inept and inefficient as it can get and they try their best to put down anyone who comes in new and challenges their authority. Many good techies and others have left as the company has nothing to offer them in terms of compensation, challenging projects or processes. They always seem to be in a hiring mode but those are all backfills for people who have left !
