Pros
Never thought I could find a place like this. With a great culture that feels like a family and a roadmap for advancement. I've always been the type that works extra but most of the times I get paid the same as someone lazy. Here I can actually push to be better and get better compensation. That's without even talking about the huge opportunity to work with such a big and reputable client as AT&T. I have learned so much and I have developed so much as a person not only within the business but also in my day-to-day life. I've had the opportunity to travel and network with people that I would've never thought I could meet and get from them real life experience and advise that has helped me to grow in every area of my life. At this point I'm just thankful for having the opportunity I never thought I could have. If your goals look like working hard, growing, helping not only the client but also your teammates and making great money on the way, this place is where the opportunity is.
Cons
I can't complain really about anything. But, I have to admit nothing is perfect. If it were easy, everyone would do it, whatever is worth doing has a level of difficulty. This place might not be for everybody, the opportunity is there but only for the people that are willing to actually take accountability for their growth on their own hands.
