The company is growing, and the pace can be intense at times. Better than being bored or stagnant tho.

The team culture here is real — people actually support each other and it doesn't feel performative. My manager leads with positive reinforcement and a collaborative mindset which makes a huge difference day to day. The work is straightforward and the expectations are clear, which makes it easy to hit the ground running. Early on I was invited to a company event that showed me this place actually invests in its people.
