Traumatized by this place, me and my old colleagues that worked here still talk about it years later. If you can, don't. There are other call centers in Amsterdam with a more humane atmosphere and workload that will hire you. This place had a horrible pay, manager that smelled of alcohol, constant calling and texting if you're sick, insane workload. You could also hear managers talk negatively about others on a regular basis. Company also fired a very pregnant lady. Micromanagement.
