      In Automotive, Cyient have Good clients. Conduct training frequently to improve communication skills

      Cons

      Hikes are very poor. Variable payment will give 70% only.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
