      Flexible time due to WFH Work life balance is good. Can be part of community initiatives done by the organization. Good employee engagement activities and wellness, health awareness programmes No layoffs even during COVID period

      Cons

      Pay is relatively less than the market offering. Use of latest technologies is of rare chance due to mostly legacy technologies and frameworks used by clients.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
