      Good work culture. Good to go if someone has a fresher

      Cons

      Not much learning scope. Internally we have to explore to gain knowledge on multiple projects otherwise will get stuck will same kind of work years.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
