Pros
The people at the company are lovely, everybody is friendly and helpful, and all work together as one team to reach the goals. My managers are helpful and proactive, and I see from them their interest in helping me succeed at my role. My colleagues are kind, friendly, funny, and helpful.
Cons
The company is in constant growth, so that means giving 100% all the time possible. No one is expecting you to work yourself to death, but you gotta deliver what is expected, and do everything in your hand to get it. However, the team will help and work together along the way, and there's always bonuses and incentived for reached goals. Goals which are not unrealistic, so no issues there
