      Pros

      So far the opportunity at Cyngn is exciting to see. Everyone was super helpful with onboarding and made sure we have what we need to succeed. My coworkers and leadership all seem like great people and everyone seems excited about the future. A great group sof ar! I also appreciate the good health insurance.

      Pros

      Even though Cyngn is a public company, it feels like a startup. There are a lot of opportunities for people who want to step up and add achievements to their career. Very good work life balance.

      It can be chaotic, but I like it :)

      Pros

      The people are nice and I learned a lot from the people I interacted with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, c-suite manages in absentia and doesn't take accountability. Promotes a toxic culture of smoke and mirrors and doesn't reward hard work and commitment.
