Pros

Flexible and that is the only good pro

Cons

Management have no idea what they are doing. Some are completely inappropriate and should be looked into what they are doing or how they treat employees. Everything on social media is false narrative. Engineers are not closely monitored very dangerous driving extortionate hours and travel. Haven’t got the tools to complete the job. We are asked to give feedback but not acknowledged or listened too. Take on responsibilities without any training. Subsidiaries are not monitored each country to its own. Absolute no ‘family culture’ Not trusted to be able to do your job Micromanaged by people who don’t know what they are doing. Company has gone downhill in the last 3 years. Very laid back manufacture that doesn’t follow any sort of process. Very unprofessional manner. They should be looked into further No leadership, or planning, taking each day as it comes. Would not advise anyone to start working for this company until they decide what direction they are going. Bonus payments only go to managers back pocket and everyone else is not entitled. Customers are left in the dark and ignored. Poorly run and managed company.

Pros

They have the hottest product in Aesthetics in 2026. Even though they fired the marketing team that created XERF. There are incredible Pros if you are one of the twelve or so Sales leaders who make tremendous salaries.

Cons

The company is not financially healthy. Despite having the hottest product in the industry right now, expenses are out of control, and the company will not be profitable. That means that Sales will receive massive commissions, but all other corporate employees will receive little to no bonus. This company exists to make a small group of salespeople very very wealthy. At least this year, the “I’m so proud of myself for being at P-Club!” social media posts didn’t happen. It’s easy to figure out who is on The List, because they all directly report to the same person. There is no moral or ethical compass. You will be asked to travel internationally without a work visa. I’m pretty sure lying to Customs is a bad idea. You will be asked to never discuss whether equipment is reusable. You will do anything to make the sale. The toxicity is soon playing out in court in LA, with a sexual harassment case soon starting.
