Pay is competitive. Be prepared to haggle though.
Cons
They will only offer you 10 measly days of PTO. But at least they’re up front about that. If they hire you as remote be prepared to come into the office if they consider you close enough to do so. And be prepared to be fired if you don’t. Oh and they’re prettttty racist.
