We would like to encourage you to discuss your concerns with your manager or contact our HR department so we can work together and find a solution. In our quarterly All-Employee calls our President and CEO, Gary Wojtaszek, give out his personal cell phone number if you ever have any questions or concerns. You have a huge support system behind you. Our intention is to make CyrusOne the best place you have ever worked. As you have seen in our Rules of the Road we look for Glass Half-full employees and value Respect in the workplace.We strive to pay our employees with competitive wages and offer a wonderful benefits package (Bonus, 401k, Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15\% discount, HSA and other medical benefit contributions, and a great PTO package.) It is true that we focused a lot on expense savings this year, but in doing so we achieved investment grade and every quarter we managed to beat market consensus. We are now tracking a bonus for the year that is greater than 130\% of the target! Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us to make CyrusOne bigger and better for current and future employees.
