Pros

At this point, I'm not sure what the pros would be. Used to be that you got to work with some really intelligent and humble people, but most would have departed at this point. You would probably be protected from "reductions in force" if you worked in Research and Development. So there's a positive?

Cons

-Senior Leadership from the C-Suite down places blame for the company's failure on day to day employees. -The company is dying, it can't and hasn't hit it's sales goals in forever and thus has had two large rounds of layoffs. -You will be lied to about the state of the company if by some happenstance you go to work there. -You will not receive additional help. -Favoritism up and down the organization.

Pros

I don't know how to say this respectfully but, this is not a good place to work. Pros: Amazing peers to work with. Somewhat good benefits. Nice office space (but empty). This is a startup environment, so you definitely get to wear multiple hats and learn things outside of your scope of work. Salary is just okay. Time off is good.

Cons

Micromanagement. No flexibility to Work from Home. The company is at risk for closing due to financing so be weary if applying here to work unless you are a risk taker. Recent layoff questions stability. Lack of sales questions long-term revenue. The leadership team only cares for themselves and what is in it for them. We are lectured on how we want communication and a good work environment/culture, but the leaders respond that it's our job. We are working at all hours of the day/night because if you don't answer a teams or email, you are what feels like in trouble, or not a dedicated employee. Nepotism: Don't expect a promotion or growth unless you are someone who has previously worked with a leader.
