      Pros

      You are recognized by your work and empowered to grow. It has a grow mentality and strong sense of perfection. No space for politics, I have seen top management being terminated/demoted and juniors being promoted based on their work.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be challenging if you are not driven by excellence. The straight talk can also hurt if you do not have a grow mentality. Not sugar coating in this place which I love.

      - company culture is merit based - no bs. straight forward - excellent compensation (base salary + great commission)

      Cons

      - people that have a hard time being held accountable struggle a lot in this company. - sometimes being so straight forward can make some people feel bad
