There are none. Too many local competitors that actually invest and care about quality educated and experienced employees, otherwise, the owners travel and not there!

No vacation for the first year and expensive health care plans. If you approve of public verbal abuse and public family disputes, it’s great :-/ Too many quality local competitors that invest in great employees!

We are a small, family owned organization that has been successful for more than 30 years. Providing healthcare and benefits at our size can be very expensive, but we do the best we can and subsidize healthcare costs where we can.
We are always sorry to hear when someone is unhappy. However, we don't feel that this is an accurate or big picture view of our organization, as we believe this was written by someone who was only at D. Hilton a very short period of time (despite what might have been reported). We value our employees and are always striving to make D. Hilton a better place to work.
Working at D. Hilton helped grow my career, it was a good stepping stone to learn how to recruit executive level talent.
You will be pushed to expand your skillsets and better communicate with financial leaders in the Credit Union Industry
