Horrible!! - Anonymous employee D. Hilton Assoc. Employee Review

We are a small, family owned organization that has been successful for more than 30 years. Providing healthcare and benefits at our size can be very expensive, but we do the best we can and subsidize healthcare costs where we can. We are always sorry to hear when someone is unhappy. However, we don't feel that this is an accurate or big picture view of our organization, as we believe this was written by someone who was only at D. Hilton a very short period of time (despite what might have been reported). We value our employees and are always striving to make D. Hilton a better place to work.
