-Maybe Company Vehicle -Tools - Irresponsible level of freedom
Cons
-General disorganization -Extremely varied workloads between "equals". One team will work ot for weeks or months on a project while another person/team will leave 2-3 hours early while being paid 40. -Basically zero consequences for shoddy work. leaving it up to other teams to fix your mistakes or just waiting if the client finds the mistake. -You can lose entire contracts and not be fired, you can destroy equipment and it be fine.
